# Try on The Boot

The Boot invites transitioning service members and their families to visit Louisiana on one of our all-expense-paid community trips. These visits will feature exclusive opportunities to try out Louisiana life. You’ll meet employers, city leadership, higher education representatives, and be treated to the cream of the crop in terms of culture, food, and recreation. Let us show you what life in Louisiana could look like for you and your family.
